Founder
Christopher is the heart and human-centered force behind PractiQual. As a cultural innovator, maker, and capoeirista, his life's work is built on the pillars of movement, healing, and community.
With a deep background in community service and cultural organizing, Chris brings a passion for real-world impact to our design table. He's spent years connecting with neighborhoods across Long Beach and beyond—from fire relief logistics to global cultural exchange. For Chris, PractiQual is the natural next step: a tangible toolkit for empowerment, made from sustainable materials and designed to lift up communities.
Bethel Johnson
Manager of Operations & Design
Bethel is the precision and practicality that makes PractiQual's vision possible. As our lead in Operations and CAD-based Product Development, she's the essential bridge between design dream and functional reality.
With expertise in engineering, logistics, and rapid prototyping, Bethel ensures every concept is feasible, functional, and delivered with care. Her meticulous oversight in modeling product iterations and managing production timelines fuels our innovation pipeline, guaranteeing that every product we launch is high-quality, efficient, and ready for real-world use.
